Purchase & Delivery Policy

	All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars.
	Orders will be confirmed and fulfilled only with full payment received, according to the actual value of the order.
	No cancellations are allowed on the day of delivery. Should there be a cancellation, the cost of the order will be forfeited.
	All prices are inclusive of delivery within Singapore during operating hours (excluding delivery to surrounding islands).
	We will not accept responsibility for late or non delivery of the flowers or gifts in the following circumstances: - The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given and there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient. - The address is incorrect. - Recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.
	Non delivery due to reasons such as natural disasters, acts of God, violent/warlike situations and/or other reasons beyond our control will not be considered as a violation of agreement.

Delivery Hours

Substitution Policy

	Substitution is sometimes necessary due to seasonal availability of fresh flowers.
	Should a particular flower or merchandise be out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with another appropriate item that is of an equivalent or higher value.
	For flowers, if subsitution is necessary, we will keep to the same overall look and feel of the bouquet or arrangement. For eg, we may replace Orange Lilies with Pink Lilies.
	For merchandise, we may replace a product with another colour or type. For eg, a brown soft toy bear may be used instead of a white bear.

Privacy Policy

	We guarantee that any information provided to RICH will be respected as privileged information and shall remain absolutely confidential.
	All transaction information will be used solely for the purpose of the purchase and to enhance the service provided to our customer.
	No information pertaining to any customer will be sold, given or revealed to any third party without the prior consent of that customer.
	We will not reveal the identity of the Sender to the Recipient if so requested, without the express consent of the Sender.
